OEM/private-label branded products are NOT eligible for the 2 years warranty program. To qualify for your warranty, you must mail to Primera a completed registration form and the invoice of your purchase with serial number. The extended warranty claim is valid from the date of purchase stated on the invoice. After verifying your documents you will be informed of the exact warranty period.
